Scientific Systems Company, Inc. (SSCI) is looking to fill several Research and Software Engineering positions in the areas of navigation, autonomy and intelligent systems. Full-time and part-time positions are available at BS, MS (Research Engineer, Software Engineer) and PhD (Senior to Principal Engineer or Scientist) levels, for degrees in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace/Computer), Robotics, Computer/Cognitive Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or related fields. The successful applicants will be part of a research and development team working in advanced concepts and technology development programs relating to unmanned systems. Positions are in Woburn, MA except where noted.

1653 Senior Research Engineer in the areas of autonomous GNC systems, Sense and Avoid, and V+V of autonomous controls for unmanned vehicles. (MSc +6 yrs, or PhD +3 yrs exp. required).
1671 Principal or Lead Research Engineer/Scientist in the area of Machine Learning and Data Analytics for unmanned and intelligent systems, and human-machine collaboration. (PhD +5 yrs required).
1682 Senior Research Engineer/Scientist with experience in the development and test of computer vision, perception, object recognition and visual control for unmanned aerial vehicles (PhD/MS +4 yrs).
1683 Research or Software Engineer to support prototype UAV autonomy software development, integration and field test (BSc +3 yrs, or MS, real-time software development experience required).
1684 Senior Research Engineer / Research Engineer with experience in the development and test of RF (Radio Frequency) Signal Processing algorithms and real-time software (PhD/MS +4 yrs).
1691 Principal or Lead Research Engineer/Scientist with significant experience in Autonomy, Robotics/AI, Cognitive, or Machine Learning software for Unmanned Systems (PhD +7 yrs required).
